Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record.

Refund eligibility is determined according to:

• Applicable consumer protection law
• Paddle Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms)
• Paddle Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy)
• Circumstances of the purchase

Eligible refunds are processed directly by Paddle.

3-Day Pass

The 3-Day Pass is a short-duration, one-time purchase. If the pass is unused, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law, refund requests may be reviewed in accordance with Paddle's policies. If the pass fails to unlock features due to a technical issue on our side, we will always support a full refund.

Subscriptions (Pro & Elite)

Monthly and yearly Pro and Elite subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your profile or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Eligible refunds follow Paddle's Merchant of Record procedures.

Founding Member ($29 one-time)

The Founding Member offer is a lifetime purchase that grants 3 months of Pro access followed by a permanent 30% discount on Pro. If a Founding Member purchase is refunded, the lifetime entitlement (the 3 months of Pro and the permanent discount) will be removed from the account.

How to request a refund

Users may request refunds by:

1. Visiting https://paddle.net
2. Entering the email used for purchase
3. Accessing their Paddle purchase portal
4. Requesting a refund directly through Paddle

Our support team may assist customers with Paddle refund requests, but Paddle remains responsible for processing eligible refunds. You can reach us at support@nourrishafrica.space.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
